What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted. If you find yourself, unfortunately, in the unpleasant position of needing to return your wax products then please let me know ASAP so I can resolve the issue. Full refunds are not usually required, but refunds may be issued on a singular product basis, where a wax product has been broken while in transit. Please raise any issues with broken wax melts with me so I can speak with Royal Mail and resolve the issue with them and either offer replacement products or refunds on receipt of broken ones being returned.
Why can't I see my order through the packaging like other businesses?
Here at Kosy Kay's I am trying to be more green as a business and contribute more easily with recyclable packaging. So to minimise waste I am using tissue paper, cardboard, plastic free cellotape and accessories. Think Planet, Think Green.
What method of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards, Laybuy and Clearpay.
How long will delivery be after I order?
In most cases you can expect to receive your order within 3 business days of your original purchase. However, if there will be a delay with your order an email will be sent regarding the issue so I can keep you as up to date and as informed as possible.
Kosy Kay's will always try to use Royal Mail First Class or Second Class Post, wherever possible, which is guaranteed delivery with 2-3 business days once your order has been posted.
It is also sometimes the case, with larger orders, that your order will take 5-6 business days before being posted.
